LINK AVENUE
Phase I - Remodel of existing 1950's house. House was remodeled in 2004 to remove styro-foam ceiling tiles, paneling, wall to wall carpet, poor lighting and rework the kitchen.
Phase II - rework structure to include a foyer, new living room and home office that can be a master bedroom in the future. The addition was designed so that construction could be completed while original home was occupied.
